Welcome to Eight Meridian. By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Products are restorative sleep essentials for side-sleepers and are sold for comfort only — not as medical devices and not to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Store & products

We may update product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, with notice when practical.

Orders & payment

You agree to provide accurate checkout information. Payment is processed by Shopify and enabled payment providers. Title and risk of loss pass according to shipping terms once the carrier has the package.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy (including free shipping over $75 USD to the US & UK when available). Returns follow our 30-night Rest Trial Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding (including Eight Meridian and SnoozeStuds™), and product imagery are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
