30-night Rest Trial

Try Eligible Eight Meridian products for 30 nights from delivery. If they do not earn a place in your ritual, contact us within that window for a return and refund of the product price paid (excluding shipping, unless required by law).

How to start a return

  1. Email us via the Contact page with your order number and which items you are returning.
  2. We will send return instructions. Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging when practical.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to the original payment method.

What is covered

  • Change of mind / comfort fit within the 30-night Rest Trial
  • Items arrived damaged or defective (contact us promptly with photos)

What may not be covered

  • Returns requested after the 30-night window (unless required by law)
  • Items damaged by misuse beyond normal bedtime use
  • Final-sale or clearly marked non-returnable promotions (if any)
